The Attorneys of RC&B
Meet Our Attorneys
As a potential client, you are undoubtedly concerned about the competence and ethics of those you employ to represent you to others. We have maintained excellent relations with our clients and the community since 1987 by consistently relying upon time tested and lasting values. Each of our attorneys works in a specific area of law so their expertise is not diluted across several practice areas.
Kevin joined the firm in 1991, and he has been the head of the accident and injury department since 1994. In 2002 Mr. Chapman became a partner of the firm and in June of 2016 he became the firm’s managing partner overseeing all aspects of firm operations. He has extensive litigation experience and strives to get the best results for his clients, whatever their injuries may be.
Kenneth has been an Estate Planning attorney with the firm since 1999. He became a partner of the firm in 2005. His practice emphasizes wills, living trusts, power of attorneys, irrevocable trusts, probate administration and trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships.
Brian Strong joined the firm in 1990. He has focused his energies on criminal defense cases. In any given year, Mr. Strong will travel to various counties throughout Arizona and defend both felony and misdemeanor cases at the trial level. In appearances before the Arizona Supreme Court, he has successfully argued cases involving double jeopardy, dangerous crimes against children, and judicial ethics.
I have worked closely with the firm’s senior and junior partners on hundreds of cases, mainly in family law. I took on the responsibility of training young associate attorneys to manage their case load, service of clients and getting excellent results. I have over 16 years of experience in family law.
