We handle many areas of law. We serve families, individuals and business owners. Although we offer such a variety of practice areas, each attorney at the firm limits his or her area of practice to assure a high degree of competence. If you find you need legal assistance in an area of law that is not with an attorney you have already had experience with at our firm, there is another department ready and capable to give you the excellent service you have already received from another attorney within the firm.

The firm was founded in 1987 and over the years the firm has assembled attorneys who are dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services at reasonable cost, while remaining conscious of and responsive to client requirements.
Rowley Chapman & Barney is a fully automated and “cutting edge” law firm. For legal research, the law firm utilizes the latest technologies that help us provide fast solutions to real world situations. Services used by our attorneys include on-line legal research (Lexis-Nexus), as well as other Internet resources. Accordingly, the firm maintains access to current and up-to-date libraries of all Arizona and Federal laws.
All attorneys and staff at Rowley Chapman & Barney have e-mail addresses. Everyone has voice mail, and cell phones for easy access by clients. All of the attorneys are admitted to practice in the Arizona state courts and United States District Court, and many are admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
The Partners of the Firm
Kevin Chapman – PartnerKevin joined the firm in 1991, and he has been the head of the accident and injury department since 1994. In 2002 Mr. Chapman became a partner of the firm and in June of 2016 he became the firm’s managing partner overseeing all aspects of firm operations. He has extensive litigation experience and strives to get the best results for his clients, whatever their injuries may be.
Kenneth Barney – PartnerKenneth has been an Estate Planning attorney with the firm since 1999. He became a partner of the firm in 2005. His practice emphasizes wills, living trusts, power of attorneys, irrevocable trusts, probate administration and trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships.
