Estate Planning Simple Wills
Our estate planning attorneys in Mesa, Arizona believe that everyone should have at a minimum a simple Last Will and Testament.
This is the legal document whereby you will be able to do the following:
nominate an executor of your estate to take care of and be in charge of your affairs after death;
leave instructions regarding whether you prefer to be buried or cremated;
nominate a guardian and or conservator to take care of and raise your minor children;
distribute your probate assets (assets titled in your name at death) to your loved ones in the amount or percentage you wish to allocate to each beneficiary.
Having a simple Last Will and Testament, prevents the State of Arizona from dictating and controlling each of these particular decisions without your consent, which is what would happen if you died intestate, or without a Will.
