At Rowley Chapman Barney & Buntrock, we generally charge flat fees for all immigration work. That means you pay no more than the fee we quote you. The fee we charge depends on each particular immigration matter.

We specialize in business immigration, which means we assist employers in obtaining work authorizations for their eligible employees. Please contact us for answers to specific questions regarding your eligibility for work authorization.

What is "family-based" immigration?
"Family-based" immigration is the process whereby an individual can obtain immigration benefits to the United States through the relationship of certain family members already residing in or citizens of the United States. At Rowley Chapman Barney & Buntrock, we do not specialize in "family-based" immigration, but will gladly provide you with referrals to attorneys who do.
